Oil-water separator The compressed air oil-water separator is composed of a shell, a cyclone separator, a filter element, a blowdown component, etc. When the compressed air containing a lot of oil and water solid impurities enters the separator, it spins down along the inner wall of the separator, and the centrifugal effect is generated, so that the oil and water precipitate from the steam flow and go down the wall. Flow to the bottom of the oil-water separator, and then by the filter element for fine filtration. Because the filter element is made of coarse, fine and ultra-fine fiber filter materials, it has a high filtration efficiency (up to 99.9%) and low resistance. When the gas passes through the filter element, it is firmly adhered to the filter fiber due to the block of the filter element, inertial collision and the van der Waals force between molecules, electrostatic attraction and vacuum suction, and gradually increases into droplets. Under the action of gravity, it drops into the bottom of the separator and is discharged by the blowdown valve.
